L&T Limited

You can find us at number 41 right on the Chennai To Bengaluru Highway. It is a very busy stretch of road. There are trucks and cars zooming by at all hours. Because we are situated right on the highway, we see a lot of people passing through. This branch of L&T Limited has been here for a good while. It is a big site and there is always some kind of construction or maintenance happening. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of all the vehicles and the work going on, but that’s just how it is. We have a lot of different people working here, from engineers to guys who handle the yard. It isn't a quiet office job. You hear the sounds of machinery and the highway all day long. We don't really do the whole polished marketing talk. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some days are more stressful than others when deadlines are tight. But usually, we just take it one step at a time. The heat on the highway can be brutal in the summer months. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. It’s a practical place to work. We are just one part of a much bigger machine, but we do our bit and keep moving forward.
