We are located at No: 181 on Thiruporur Road, specifically in the Nehru Nagar area near Vallam Post. Hydro Heavy Equipments And Spares is basically a warehouse and a counter. We deal with a lot of hydraulics and heavy machine parts. Chengalpattu gets very hot, so the shop is usually pretty warm even with the fans going. We have shelves full of metal parts, seals, and bolts. It can be hard to find a specific spare sometimes, but we usually know where it’s tucked away. The road outside is always busy with trucks headed toward the city. We get a lot of drivers stopping by because they broke something and need a quick fix. We don’t do much advertising. People just find us because we’ve been here on Thiruporur Road for years. It’s a messy place with oil stains on the floor and heavy boxes everywhere. We don’t mind the mess. It shows we’re working. Sometimes we have to order parts from far away and wait for the delivery truck. Customers get impatient, but there’s only so much we can do. We just tell them the truth about how long it will take. We’re just a small crew trying to keep the local machinery running. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is the only time the place is quiet and the dust settles.
