Tribetown Farm Culture Llp

We are based at H No 11, which is the Birla Mansion on Namghar Path 2. It’s a familiar spot for those of us living in this part of Guwahati. Tribetown Farm Culture Llp is basically a small group of friends and family who wanted to get back to our farming roots. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything. Our office is just a comfortable space where we meet to talk about the different crops and cultural practices we want to preserve. Sometimes we spend hours just chatting about how things used to be done versus how they are done now. It’s not always about making the most money; it’s more about doing things the right way. We have a lot of books and old photos around the office that remind us why we started this. The neighborhood is usually quiet, which is nice when we need to concentrate on our planning. We aren't professional writers or marketing experts, so we just say things as they are. If a crop fails, we talk about why. If something goes well, we’re happy but we don't brag. It’s just a regular local business trying to do something meaningful for our culture. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone with people out in the fields. It’s a good way to live, even if it’s a bit messy sometimes.
