Our business is run out of Kahilipara in Guwahati, specifically at Smti Dipandita Das’s place. It’s a humble spot near Boro Jatia. We focus on natural products. It isn't a massive warehouse or anything like that. We just have a couple of rooms where we keep our records and some of the stock. My cousin handles most of the accounts while I look after the daily tasks. We don't have a professional receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us in our everyday clothes working on something. The heat in Kamrup can get pretty bad during the summer, so we try to get most of the heavy lifting done early in the morning. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit late because of the roads, but we don't let it bother us too much. It’s just how things are here. We don't use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just sell natural items and try to be fair about it. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We’ve lived in this part of Assam for a long time, so we know the local area well. We just want to keep things simple and run our business without too much fuss. It is a small setup, but it suits us just fine for now. We mostly just keep to ourselves and get the work finished.
