R2W Bio Solutions And Engineering Private Limited is our little operation based in Panikhaity. We’re set up right near the SBI ATM complex in Lahapara, at Nilima Saikia’s place. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an engineering outfit, but it works for us. We deal with bio solutions and technical stuff, which sounds a lot more complicated than it really is when you’re doing the work. Mostly, we’re just a few people who like fixing things and finding better ways to handle waste and biological materials. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and tinkering with equipment. It’s not a shiny lab or anything like that. Our desks are usually covered in papers and spare parts. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days, just scratching our heads until someone figures it out. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to get things right. Panikhaity is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit noisy near the ATM sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s practical, everyday stuff that helps make things run a bit smoother for everyone involved. If you need to find us, just look for the bank machines and you’re basically there. We are usually around if the lights are on and the door is unlocked.
