Nefsa Agro Organic Producer Companylimited is based out in Menapara. That is a village and post office area under the Mangaldoi police station. We are an agro organic producer company, so a lot of our time is spent dealing with organic farming methods and the farmers who use them. Being in a place like Menapara means we are right in the thick of things when it comes to the fields and the crops. We do not really do the whole corporate lifestyle thing. Our day-to-day is much more about the soil and the produce. Mangaldoi is the main hub near us, but the real work happens in the village. We handle the production side of agro-organic goods. It is a lot of physical work and planning with the local growers. The company was set up to manage these organic efforts in a more organized way. We have a small team, and most of us grew up around here, so we know the land well. It is not always easy, especially with the weather and the specific requirements of organic farming, but we keep at it.
