Sri Chamundershwari Women Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at the Mandala Mahila Samakya Domakonda, right in the Mpdo Complexdomakonda Mandal. This is a group of women who all work in farming. We decided to start this company so we could have more of a say in how things are done. Working out of the Mpdo Complex makes it easier for us to stay connected with what’s happening in the local government too. It is a busy place with lots of people coming and going. We don't have any polished brochures or expensive furniture. We just have a space where we can sit down and talk about our crops and our families. Being a women’s group, we handle things a bit differently, focusing on helping each other out through the tough times. Domakonda is our home, and we want to see the farms here do well. We spend a lot of time organizing and making sure everyone has what they need for the season. It’s not always easy, and there is a lot of hard work involved. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to work hard and make sure our community stays strong. You can usually find one of us at the complex if you need anything. We help each other with the paperwork because that part can be really confusing for most of us who spend our time in the dirt.
