Nava Kisan Banswada Farmer Producer Company Limited is located right at 4-5-8 in Banswada. This is part of the Banswada Mandal, and it’s a place where everyone pretty much knows everyone else. We started this company because the farmers in our area needed a way to work together instead of trying to do everything on their own. It’s a simple setup. We deal with whatever crops are in season. It might be rice one month and something else the next. It's just a group of people from the Mandal trying to get a better deal for their hard work. Being at house number 4-5-8 means we are easy to find for anyone in the neighborhood. We spend our days looking at ledgers and talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. There’s no corporate polish here, just honest folks doing what they’ve always done, but together as a company now. We keep it practical and focus on the crops.
