Hote

Hote is located in Disha Apartment, specifically Block No. 8. We are right near Chota Mhasoba in Kalyan. It’s a residential building, so we are part of the local community there. Kalyan is a busy place and being near a landmark like Chota Mhasoba helps people find us. Our office is just an apartment that we’ve set up for our work. It’s not a big corporate space with a receptionist at the front. You just come up to the eighth block and knock. We have been here for a bit and the rhythm of the building is something we are used to now. You hear the sounds of the neighbors and the street below. We deal with various things throughout the day, mostly sitting at our desks and making calls. It’s a small-scale operation, just a few of us trying to get things right. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress anyone with big words. We just do the job that needs doing. Sometimes it's quiet and sometimes it's chaotic, depending on the week and the amount of work we have. We like the location because it's easy for us to get to from our homes. It's a humble setup but it works for what we need to accomplish. We just keep our heads down and stay busy every day without much complaining.
