Palms Hotel

We are located at the Palms Water Club on Murbad Road in Kalyan. If you are coming this way, we are behind the Roshan Petrol Pump and right across from the Snehaanjali Showroom. It is a busy part of Thane. The hotel keeps us on our toes all day. Between the rooms and the club area, there is always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We do not really have a corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small desk where we handle the bookings. The staff is mostly from the local area. We know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the traffic on Murbad Road. Every morning we walk in, check the water levels, and make sure the kitchen is starting on breakfast. It is a lot of routine. Sometimes the monsoon rains make things a bit messy outside, but we just keep scrubbing. We do not have any slogans. We just work here. People come to stay or visit the club, and we just try to make sure everything is in order. It is not a perfect place, but we work hard at it. We have been here for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But we just keep doing what we do every day. It is a lot of work but we stay busy with it.
