We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just tables and chairs and the food we make. Running a place in Kalyan means you see all sorts of people every day. Some are just passing through and others live right around the corner. We know most of the regulars by now. It’s a lot of work keeping the place clean and the food ready on time. We start early in the morning to get things set up. Murbad Road gets loud but inside the hotel it’s just the usual kitchen noises and people talking. We don’t try to be anything we aren't.
