The office is really just a simple place where we meet up to talk about the season and what crops are doing well. It's not anything fancy, mostly just some desks and files. We've been farming in Chincholi-Bore for generations, so we know the soil and the way things grow around here. Dealing with the paperwork for a producer company was a new thing for us, but it helps with the bargaining power. Sometimes the days are long, especially when the harvest is coming in. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of our work is done on the ground or over a cup of tea at the office.
