Down in Kakinada, we’re located at D No 44 14 4 on Nunnavari Street in Jagannaickpur. It’s a local neighborhood where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our spot for Infosys Technologies Limited is pretty basic. It’s a building that’s seen a lot of years, but it keeps the rain out. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There’s a desk for everyone and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. The street outside can get a bit crowded when the market is busy, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like we're part of the town. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big corporation. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and head out in the evening. There’s a small shop nearby where we get our snacks, and that’s about the extent of our social life during work hours. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home on time. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us. We just keep things moving and don't worry about the small stuff. It's a simple life.
