Adroit Infotech Pvt Limited is located in Kakinada, right in Flat No 305 of the Madhura Apartments. It’s a nice enough place to spend the workday. Kakinada has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it well over the years. We aren't a big, flashy firm. The office is basically an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than a standard office building. We have our computers set up in the main rooms, and there is usually a pot of tea on somewhere. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we get some pretty hot days, so we’re thankful for the shade the building provides. We do a lot of tech and software work from this spot. It’s not always glamorous, and sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We don’t have any polished corporate brochures or big mission statements. We just show up, look at what needs to be fixed or built, and get to it. The neighbors in Madhura Apartments are used to us being here by now. If you’re looking for us, just head up to the third floor. We keep things very simple and honest. There’s no need for big words or promotional talk. We are just a small team of local people working hard in a quiet apartment. It’s a decent life and we enjoy the work we do here.
