Rakesh Jakka

Rakesh Jakka is based out of Kakinada. The full name is Rakesh Goutam Jakka, and the place is D.No. 8-15-13 on Oletivari Street. It’s a local spot in Andhra Pradesh. Kakinada is a nice town, not too big but always moving. Oletivari Street is one of those places where everyone kind of knows each other. We’ve got a regular door and a regular desk. Nothing here is for show. Being J.S.V. Prasad’s son, Rakesh has roots here. The building is an older style, the kind you see around this part of the city. It stays relatively cool inside even when the sun is beating down outside. We spend most of our time here dealing with the daily tasks. It’s not a fancy glass building. It’s just a solid place on a street with other homes and small businesses. We’ve got our setup inside, which is mostly just the essentials. No big marketing team or anything, just us. The pin code is for the local Kakinada area. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with bikes, but it’s manageable. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. It’s where we grew up and where we work now. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we are here and we do our thing. It's a practical way to live and work in Andhra. The walls could use some fresh paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. It doesn't stop us from working.
