Adhauranath Krishak Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Adhaura in the Kaimur district. We run things from Ramnath Sah’s house in the Adhaura Tola area. It’s a quiet village, and most of us here have been farming our whole lives. We decided to put our names together as Adhauranath Krishak Producer Company Limited because it makes things easier when we need to buy seeds or sell what we grow. Being up here in the hills or the plains of Kaimur has its challenges. Sometimes the roads are rough, and getting supplies can take a while. We aren't experts at business talk, we just know how the soil works and when to plant. Most days you’ll find us out in the fields or sitting around the Tola discussing the next harvest. We share the tools we have and try to make sure no one gets left behind when the season gets tough. It’s not just about one person; it’s the whole village group. We handle everything from the planting to the final packing right here. Ramnath Sah’s place is where we keep all the paperwork and where the meetings happen. It’s nothing formal, just a bunch of farmers sitting on plastic chairs trying to figure out the best way to move forward. We grow what the land gives us and try to do it right. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and work.
