Kaimursaraiya Agriculture Producercompany Limited

Our office is based at Bhagmati Devi’s house in Tola Masahi. This is part of the Saraiya panchayat over in the Bhagwanpur block of Kaimur. Like many other groups around here, we are an agriculture producer company. It started because the local farmers needed a way to organize things better. We aren't doing anything fancy. Most days involve talking to people from the village about their crops and what they need for the next season. The house number is 225, which is where we keep our records and meet up. Kaimur is mostly about farming anyway, so it makes sense to be right here in the middle of it. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It’s just us, some chairs, and a lot of talk about soil and seeds. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around the village, but the work doesn't stop. We have to keep track of what everyone is growing so we can help with the selling part later. It is a lot of responsibility to handle for the community, but we are used to the hard work. Everyone knows where the office is in Tola Masahi. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, making sure the paperwork for the company is kept in order. It’s not glamorous, but it is our life here and we wouldn't change it for a desk job in a city.
