Our office and warehouse are at Plot No 120/5 in Phase-2, Section-1 of Ida Cherlapally. We are tucked away on Lane 9. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where all the industrial action is. At Arctic Aircon, we focus on air conditioning units and all the mechanical stuff that goes with them. The building is basically a large shed with some partitioned areas for the office work. It gets pretty hot during the day, so we have plenty of units running to show we know what we’re doing. The staff here is pretty laid back. We don’t wear uniforms or anything like that, just comfortable clothes for moving heavy boxes around. We have a lot of inventory stacked up, sometimes nearly to the ceiling. It can be a bit chaotic when a big shipment arrives, and everyone has to pitch in to get it sorted. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. If someone needs a day off, they just ask. We have our regulars who come to us for parts, and we usually have a chat about the weather or the local news while we pull their order. It's a steady pace of work. We don't have a fancy website or a social media manager. We just do our thing here in Cherlapally and hope the trucks show up on time.
