Xi Green Homes Private Limited

Xi Green Homes Private Limited is based out of 148 Jodhpur Park. It's an old neighborhood and we like it here. We spend most of our time looking at housing plans and trying to figure out how to make houses better for the people living in them. It's not just about bricks and cement, though there is plenty of that too. We have a small office where the phone rings more than it probably should. Most days, we are out at different sites seeing how the walls are coming up. Jodhpur Park is a nice place to work from because it’s quiet enough to think. We focus on the "green" part of the name because we think it makes sense for the future, but it's a lot of extra paperwork and checking materials. Our team isn't very big. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We drink a lot of tea while staring at site maps. Sometimes things go wrong, a delivery is late or the weather ruins the concrete pour, and we just have to deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to finish the projects we have without too many headaches. People stop by the office sometimes just to ask questions about their own homes. We tell them what we know. It's a simple way to run a business. We don't have a marketing team, just our reputation in Jodhpur Park.
