Prestige Mini Township Pvt. Ltd.

We are Prestige Mini Township Pvt. Ltd. and we operate out of the first floor of S S Tower. That’s right at the Akhliya Crossing on Chopasani Road in Jodhpur. If you live here in Jodhpur, you probably know how busy that crossing gets. There are always rickshaws, bikes, and cars honking outside. Our office is a bit more quiet once you get inside and close the door. We deal with land and townships, trying to figure out where things should go and how to set them up. The 342 008 area is our home base. We’ve been here in Rajasthan for quite some time now. The office has a few maps on the walls and some basic chairs for people to sit when they come to ask questions. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy desk. You just walk up to the first floor and find us there. The staff here are mostly from around Jodhpur, so we know the local land and the people pretty well. Sometimes the heat in the summer is a lot to handle, but the ceiling fans keep us going through the afternoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at various legal documents. It’s not a very exciting place to look at, but a lot of important planning happens here every day. We just try to keep things moving along for the projects.
