We’ve been running Royal Real Home P Ltd out of Ratanada Mahaveer Colony 3 B for a while now. It’s a busy spot, mostly people coming in to ask about houses or land nearby. Most days are just spent on the phone or meeting folks who want to move into the area. Jodhpur keeps growing, so there’s always something happening. We handle paperwork and show properties when we can. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with files, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with property. People stop by after work or on their way home. We know the streets around Mahaveer Colony pretty well. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some chairs where we sit down and talk. If someone needs a place to stay or wants to sell, they usually find their way here. We drink a lot of tea while looking at maps. The weather can be hot, so the fan is always going. It’s simple work really. We keep track of who is selling and who is looking. Real estate is mostly just talking to people and making sure the documents are right. We don't do much advertising, mostly just word of mouth from neighbors. Ratanada is a good neighborhood to be in. We stay busy enough with the locals and anyone else who drifts in looking for a roof over their head. That's pretty much what we do here every day. It's not complicated, just part of the local life.
