Being located at No. 240 in Azad Hind Market keeps us right in the middle of everything. Palroad is always moving, and Rajguru Construction Co. has been a part of that rhythm for a good amount of time. We aren't the type to sit in air-conditioned offices all day. Most of the time, our boots are dirty because we are out on the sites making sure the work is actually getting done. There is a lot to manage when it comes to building, from the first brick to the final roof tile. We have seen how the market here has grown. Dealing with suppliers and local workers is a daily task that takes up most of our energy. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes deliveries are late or the plans need a quick change on the spot. We just take it as it is. Our office in the market is pretty simple. It’s a place to keep the tools and the files. We don’t go for big speeches or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know about our work, they usually just walk in and ask. We prefer talking face-to-face. It’s just how things are done here on Palroad. We keep things practical and focus on the job at hand without overcomplicating things. It is a tough industry but we enjoy the physical reality of seeing something being built where there was nothing before. That's the main thing for us. We just keep going.
