Our plot is where all the action happens—from receiving the raw chilies and turmeric to the final grinding. The air around here is always thick with the smell of spices, which is something you either love or you don't. We spend our days operating the heavy grinders and making sure the spice blends are mixed correctly. It’s noisy work, and the machines require a lot of maintenance to keep them running smooth. It’s just good, strong masala for people who cook every day. The Shakti Nagar neighborhood is mostly residential and small workshops, so we fit right in. We don't have a big sales team; it’s mostly just us and a couple of workers who know the machines inside out.
