You can find us at G1/49 in the Agro Food Park at Boranada. Being in an industrial food park means there’s always something being cooked or processed nearby. At Jagshanti Food Products, we focus on making our items in a way that feels right to us. The facility is clean, but it’s a working floor, so there’s always noise from the machines and people moving around in their aprons. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially near the processing units. We have a team of local workers who know their way around the equipment. We don't spend time on fancy labels or big marketing campaigns. We mostly care about how the food actually turns out and making sure it tastes like it should. The office part of the building is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a lot of logbooks. We have to keep track of everything for the inspectors, so there’s a lot of writing involved. Working in Boranada is good because we are around other people who understand the food business. We aren't trying to be a giant corporation; we just want to make products that people actually want to eat. Most of us have been here since the beginning, so we’ve seen how the place has changed over the years. It’s hard work, and the hours can be long, but it’s what we do and we’re used to the grind.
