Sukh Sagar Chilli Flakes

So we are located over in Shastri Nagar, right across from the Kalptaru Cinema. It’s a pretty well-known landmark in Jodhpur, so people usually find us without too much trouble. We mainly handle chilli flakes here at Sukh Sagar. The shop is in E-100, and it’s a busy little space. When the wind blows the wrong way, you can definitely smell the spice in the air, which makes some people sneeze when they first walk in. We spend a lot of our day just sorting through stuff and getting orders ready. It’s a hot city, and working with chillies makes it feel even hotter some days, but we are used to it by now. The cinema gets a lot of foot traffic, so we see a lot of people passing by our door every single day. We aren't a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure the bags are packed right and the customers get what they asked for. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a simple business, really. We don’t have fancy displays, just the stock and a desk where we do the paperwork. It gets dusty being on the street, but we sweep up every morning and get to work. Most of our day is just weighing things out and sealing up bags for the daily deliveries.
