We run Shivalik Adesh Realty Llp from the first and fourth floors of Shivalik House. We are right near Aarjav Society and the Satellite Police Station, which makes it very easy to find us. We are right opposite Satyagruh Chhavani in the Jodhpur area. It’s a very active part of the city to be in. We work on real estate projects, helping people find land or building new spaces for them. The office is usually humming with activity because there are always people coming in and out. Being so close to the police station and the main society means there is always a lot of movement outside our windows. We don't do anything fancy with our advertising; we just rely on being in a good location and doing our jobs properly. Our staff is mostly local people who understand the Jodhpur market well. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking zoning rules. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it’s necessary. We try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we deal with. If a project is going to take six months, we don't tell them it will take three. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, and it’s interesting to be right in the middle of it. We keep our office open late most days because that’s when people are free to stop by. It’s just how we do things here.
