Rise Town Llp

Rise Town Llp is located over at Plot No 95, right where 11th and 12th Road meet in Sardarpura. If you know the area, you know it’s a fairly active part of town. We set up shop here because it’s central and people can actually find us without getting lost in the back alleys. Working in real estate and town planning means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and then going out to see if the maps actually match the dirt. Most days, we are just sitting in the office trying to make sense of the latest project requirements. The 11th and 12th Road area has a lot of energy, and we like being part of that. We aren't the type to use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just show up at Plot No 95 every morning, make some coffee, and start looking at what needs to be done. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on builders. Sardarpura has been good to us so far. The office isn't anything too flashy, just some desks and a lot of files, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We’re just local people trying to help build up the town one plot at a time without making a big fuss about it to anyone who walks by.
