Poonam Buildestate Llp

Our office is situated at Khasara No. 857/658, very close to the Lariya Resort on the Pal Chopasani Ring Road in Jodhpur. Being out here on the ring road is quite convenient because we can get to any part of the city pretty quickly. Poonam Buildestate Llp is mostly about managing land and building projects in this growing part of Jodhpur. It gets very hot out here on the edge of the city, so we spend a lot of time drinking water and staying in the shade when we aren't at a site. The office is basic and practical, with enough room for our files and a few chairs for visitors. We deal with a lot of different people, from laborers to folks looking to build their first home. Since we are near the resort, sometimes people get lost and stop by to ask for directions, and we don't mind helping them find their way. We have been working around Chopasani for quite some time, so we know the local land very well. We don't use any fancy talk or marketing tricks. We just show people the plots and tell them what it will take to build there. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The ring road is always moving, and we are just happy to be a part of the growth happening out here.
