Over here at Panchmukhi Vishwakarma Real Estate & Developers, we stay pretty focused on the Ganeshpura area of Ratanada. Our office is at G-2, nothing too big, but it serves us well. We deal with building things and finding land for folks. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on sites. Ratanada is an old part of town, so things can be a bit tight sometimes. We talk to contractors and workers a lot. Some days we are just sitting around waiting for a permit, other days we are out in the dust. It’s honest work. We don’t have a big marketing team, just a few of us trying to get things built right. People know us by name around here. If you walk past G-2, you’ll see one of us outside talking to a neighbor. We handle the development side of things, so there’s always a blueprint or two lying around. The paperwork can be a headache, but it’s part of the job. We grew up around these streets, so we know where the water lines are and which plots are better than others. It’s not glamorous, but people need houses. We try to be helpful when someone asks a question about a piece of land. Most of our day is spent making sure the projects are moving along. It’s just how we make a living here in Jodhpur. We keep the shutters open until late evening usually.
