You can find us at Plot No. 18 in Hanuman Colony, which is right across from the Mandore Krishi Mandi. Being so close to the big market means there is always a lot of traffic and the sound of trucks reversing at odd hours. O.G Masala Udhyog Center isn't a place for people who like quiet. We spend most of our time dealing with the raw materials that come in from the Mandi. The workspace is simple, with basic machines and plenty of space for drying things out when the sun is right. It gets quite dusty inside, so we are always cleaning up, though it feels like a losing battle sometimes. We don't have any polished reception area or a person in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find someone covered in a bit of spice powder or busy loading a sack onto a bike. Hanuman Colony is a practical place, and we fit right in with the other small businesses around here. We’ve had some rough patches, especially when the rains make the roads muddy and hard to navigate, but we manage. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get everything ready on time. It is a straightforward way of living, and we don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. People know us for being reliable, and that’s enough for us to keep coming back to work every morning without much fuss about the small things.
