Miniraj Construction Private Limited

Our office for Miniraj Construction Private Limited is a bit tucked away. We are located at 1/Ch/15 in the Raj Housing Board area, Secondary-13. The space is actually C/O Bheru Lal Jain. It feels more like a home office than a corporate suite, which suits us just fine. We don't need a lot of space to do what we do. Most of our work involves being out on the field anyway, looking at foundations and checking walls. When we are in the office, we are usually just catching up on paperwork or talking to people on the phone. The Raj Housing Board area is pretty established, so we know our way around well. We have been doing construction for quite some time and we don't feel the need to boast about it. It is just steady work. Sometimes we sit outside when the weather is nice to have our lunch. We know the local shops and the people who live around here. It is a very local operation. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy brochures. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing dusty boots and drinking chai. We just take one project at a time and try to see it through to the end without too many headaches. It’s a simple life and a simple business, and that is exactly how we like to keep it.
