You can find us at 4 A East Patel Nagar, right near Circuit House Road in the Ratanada area. Lehar Buildcon Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while now. Ratanada is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. We aren't really fancy people. We mostly wear work boots and carry around rolls of blueprints. Our office isn't some glass tower; it's a practical space where we get things sorted. Building stuff is hard work and requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we’re out on a site in the heat for hours, and other times we’re stuck at the desk doing paperwork. We don’t try to act like we’re bigger than we are. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Most of the folks who work here grew up around these parts, so we have a good feel for the local area. It’s about getting the job done without a lot of unnecessary talk. We’ve had our fair share of long days and tough deadlines, but that’s what comes with the territory in construction. We just try to be fair and do a decent day's work. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll see our place, it's pretty unassuming but we’re always inside working on something new. We usually have a pot of tea going and the phone ringing off the hook, but we like the pace of it all. It keeps us on our toes every single day.
