KMCC BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Jodhpur, right in the Ratanada area. Our spot is Plot No.1A in Man Mahal Colony, which is pretty easy to find since it’s right opposite the AF Officers Mess. We've been operating from this corner of the city for a while now. Dealing with construction and building work in a place like Jodhpur has its own set of rules, mostly because of how the sun hits and how the local stone works. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation that nobody can talk to. It is just us here, keeping track of different sites and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days are slower than others, especially when the heat gets really bad in the afternoons, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between the office and wherever the work is happening. The office isn't anything too special, just a place to keep our files and meet up to discuss the next job. We’ve seen the colony change over the years, and we’re just another local business trying to keep things moving forward. It’s hard work, and there are always some surprises with every new project, but we just take it one day at a time. Being near the mess means there’s always a bit of activity around, which keeps things interesting for us most of the time.
