Khushi Realbuild Llp

Khushi Realbuild Llp is located over at A 337 in Saraswati Nagar, out in the Basni area of Jodhpur. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too flashy, which suits us just fine. We work out of this office every day, trying to keep all our real estate and building projects on track. Jodhpur is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we try to keep things friendly and open. We aren't into high-pressure sales or anything like that. We just talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. The office can get a bit messy with all the maps and site plans lying around, but we know where everything is. Building things in Rajasthan means dealing with the heat and the dust, which isn’t always easy. We’ve had days where nothing seems to go right, but we just keep pushing through until it’s sorted. It’s just a small group of us here. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything. If someone needs something, they just ask. We've been part of the Basni community for a while and we like staying local. It feels good to see something you worked on actually standing there in the city. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build some good houses and keep our word. We often stay late talking about the next steps for a project, and that’s just how it goes for us. It’s a lot of work, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
