Jodhana Estate Fi Infrabuilders Private Limited is based out of Jodhpur. Specifically, we’re up on the second floor of Hukamraj Apartment in Office No 202/203. Residency Road is usually quite busy, so being on the second floor helps us get away from some of the street noise. We’ve been working from this office for a good bit of time now. Jodhpur-342001 is a place where things move at their own pace, and we’ve learned to work with that in Rajasthan. Most of our days are spent talking to people about infrastructure and real estate. It involves a lot of sitting around waiting for permits and then suddenly having to do ten things at once. We don’t have a big fancy reception area with marble floors. It’s just a normal office where we keep our files and meet with people who need help with their building projects. Residency Road is a central spot, which makes it easier for everyone to get together. Sometimes the lift in the apartment building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished speeches. We are just local folks who know the Jodhpur market and try to get the jobs done. It’s honest work, and we stay busy enough without needing to brag about it. We like being in Hukamraj Apartment; it feels like home now after all these years.
