Jaikarni Construction Private Limited

I’m writing this from our office at Plot 106 in Sanjivani Residency over here in Paota, Jodhpur. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been around for a bit now. Most people know us just as Jaikarni Construction. We do regular building work, the kind of stuff you see every day around Vidhya Nagar. It isn’t always easy getting materials on time or dealing with the heat, but we make it work. Usually, our crew is out on-site early in the morning before things get too hot. We have a small setup here in the residency. It’s nothing fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paper plans lying around everywhere. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and talking about the next slab we need to pour. People ask what we do, and really, we just build things that stay standing. We use local guys for most of the labor because they know the ground here in Rajasthan better than anyone else. Sometimes the dust gets into everything, but that’s just part of the job in Jodhpur. We don't spend much time on the computer or making fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbor about us. It’s just how things go in this neighborhood. We are tucked away in Vidhya Nagar, but you can usually find someone in the office if you drop by during the day.
