Ganpati Agro

Our place is in Indroka village, out in the Jodhpur district. It’s right near the Bijli Ghar, which is the local electricity office. Being near the power house means people always know where to find us. It’s a rural setting, very different from the big city. The air is dry and the ground is often dusty. We focus on agro products because that’s what everyone around here needs. Farmers from all over the Tehsil come by with their tractors or on foot. We have a big open space where we store things, and a small office where we do the paperwork. It’s not a polished corporate office. There are usually some sacks of grain or supplies sitting in the corner. The sound of goats or cows isn't unusual in the background. We have been here for a while and the village life suits us. We don't have a website or do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how people know Ganpati Agro. Honestly, we are just a bunch of guys who understand the local land and what grows here. We drink our chai and talk about the weather a lot, mostly hoping for rain at the right times. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but we stay busy. We close up when the sun goes down and the village gets dark. It's honest work and it keeps us going. Nothing more to it than that. It's just village life.
