Bhageeratha Traders

Bhageeratha Traders has been operating out of Purani Gud Mandi for a long time. It is an old market area, so the streets are quite tight and it can get very crowded during the peak hours of the morning. To find us, we usually tell people to look for the Vodafone Tower, as it is the tallest thing around and makes for a perfect landmark. Once you are near the tower, our shop is just a short walk away. The mandi is a lively place with a lot of history, and we enjoy being part of the daily bustle here. Our space is mostly filled with the goods we trade, and there isn't much room for anything else. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way, writing in ledgers and keeping track of everything manually. It is a bit chaotic at times, especially when several shipments arrive at once, but we have a system that works. The rain can sometimes make the lanes in Purani Gud Mandi a bit messy, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We don't have a website or any fancy social media stuff. We just rely on the people we have known for years and the new traders who find their way to us. It is a lot of hard work, but we like the honesty of the market and the way business gets done face-to-face over a cup of tea.
