You can find Radha Agrotech on Mahalpuri Bhawan Road, right near Anah Gat. We are situated close to the Sindhi Dharamshala, which is a big local landmark that helps people find their way to us. Our daily life revolves around the seasons, as you might expect given the nature of the business. We have bags and supplies stacked up, and there’s often a bit of a muddy floor if it’s been raining outside. That’s just part of the job when you’re dealing with agriculture. We aren't big city people with suits and ties; we’re usually in our everyday clothes, ready to move stock around. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, even if the roof leaks a tiny bit during the heavy monsoons. We’ve got a small desk where we keep the accounts, but most of our time is spent on our feet. We talk to a lot of farmers and local growers who come in to see what we have in stock. It’s a good community here, and everyone tends to help each other out. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning, talk to the people who come in, and try to make sure they get what they need for their fields. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve followed for years, and it works for us.
