We set up Green Emerald Infraprojects Privatelimited over on Mandore Road. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right across from the Gaushala and near the police chouki. You can usually hear the sounds from the road all day long. This place belongs to the Sankhla family, started under Onkarlal Sankhla’s name. We do a lot of infrastructure work, mostly just handling the day-to-day tasks of building and projects around here. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days involve a lot of dust and moving equipment. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get the planning done. The neighborhood is okay, pretty busy with people going back and forth. Being near the police station means it’s usually quiet in terms of trouble, which is nice. We mostly focus on our local projects and making sure things get built properly. It takes time and a lot of patience to deal with the logistics of construction. We’re usually here from morning until late evening. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the traffic go by on Mandore Road when we have a minute. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t try to be something we’re not. We just work on our projects and keep things running as best as we can. It’s been our home for a while now and we know the area well.
