Farmar Rice & Co is tucked away at House No.-197. If you are looking for us, we are behind Safi Ka Petrol Pump and also behind the Bombai Motor Circle. It sounds like a bit of a maze, but once you find the petrol pump, you’re basically there. Being behind a petrol pump means it’s not always the quietest spot, but it’s easy for people to give directions. We’ve been in this house for quite a while. It wasn't originally built to be an office, but we made it work. There is something nice about being in an actual house instead of a big cold building. It feels a bit more personal. Most days, we are just busy with the usual routine. The Bombai Motor Circle is always humming with activity, which we can hear from our back window. We don’t have any glossy brochures or fancy receptionists. When you come to House No.-197, you just see us working. Farmar Rice & Co has been around for some time, and we just keep doing what we know. We don't really change much. The furniture is old, and the fans squeak a bit, but it’s home to us. We like the neighborhood and the people we see every day. It’s a straightforward life here behind the pump. We don’t need much more than that to keep going. Just a bit of space and some work to do is plenty for us. We hope to be here for a while longer.
