Biraja Agro Industry

You can find us at G-116-117 in the M.I.A. Second Phase in Bansi. This place is mostly about iron and agriculture. We make the kinds of things farmers need, like parts for plows or various attachments for tractors. Because we are in an agro-focused industry, things get very busy during certain times of the year when the planting or harvesting starts. The workshop is a large shed with high ceilings, which is good because it gets quite stuffy when we are welding. There are stacks of raw steel plates in one corner and finished parts painted in bright colors in another. We don't have a receptionist; if someone comes to the gate, one of the workers usually wipes their hands on a rag and goes to see what they need. It’s a practical environment. We have been in this part of Bansi for a while, and we know most of the neighbors who run the other factories nearby. The power cuts sometimes disrupt our schedule, but we just work around them, maybe taking our tea break a little earlier. Our tools are well-used and have been through a lot of projects. It’s not a shiny place, but it’s where we get things built. We focus on the measurements and the strength of the metal. It’s the kind of work that leaves you tired at the end of the day, but it feels good to see a finished piece ready for the field.
