Working at Apex Tractor Spares in the Boranada Industrial Area means you get used to the smell of grease and the sound of heavy machinery. We aren't in the middle of the city, which is fine because we need the space. We keep a lot of parts for tractors here. It’s a specific kind of business. When a farmer’s tractor breaks down, they need a part fast, and we usually have it buried somewhere on our shelves. The warehouse is a bit of a mess sometimes, with boxes stacked up to the ceiling, but we have our own way of finding things. We don’t have a showroom with bright lights. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, helping whoever walks through the door. Boranada is a bit out of the way, so people usually come here specifically for what they need. We’ve been here for a good bit now, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow around us. It's hard, physical work, moving heavy crates and checking part numbers all day long. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because someone else told them we had the spare part they couldn't find anywhere else. It’s just a regular shop where we focus on tractors and try to keep everything running for the people who depend on them. We don't need fancy desks or polished floors to get the work done right for the customers.
