Bharat Tents

We have been at 160, 1St C Road for a good while now. Sardarpura is where we do most of our daily work. If you walk down the street, you will probably see our spot easily. It is a lot of manual labor, mostly loading heavy metal poles and big rolls of canvas into the trucks. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot, especially in the middle of the day, so we try to get most of the setup done early. Bharat Tents isn't a big fancy office or anything like that. It is more of a workspace where things get messy and loud. We have piles of fabric and ropes everywhere. Most of the time, the guys are out at sites, hammering pegs into the ground or making sure the drapes are straight. It is hard on the hands. Sometimes the wind picks up and we have to go back and fix everything. People come by the shop to talk about their family functions. We sit down, maybe have some tea, and look at what they need for their space. It is usually for weddings or local community gatherings. The street outside is always busy with traffic and noise. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the material. The yard stays full of metal frames and folded cloth. It is just what we do every day. We are not doing anything world-changing, just making sure people have a roof over their heads when they are celebrating.
