You can find us at D-407 in Saraswati Nagar. We are based in Basni Phase 1, which is a pretty well-known area in Jodhpur. Even though the name sounds a bit formal, Ashoka Events Management is really just a group of us working out of this office. The space is usually cluttered with folders, site maps, and old event photos. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different sites across the city. Jodhpur has its own pace, and we try to stick to it. Sometimes the traffic in Basni makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know which vendors are reliable and which ones aren't. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just know how to set up a stage and make sure the speakers work. There’s a lot of sweat involved in this kind of work, especially during the summer months. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. They know the routine. If someone needs help with a gathering or a meeting, they usually just give us a call or drop by Saraswati Nagar. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to work through the weekend, but that’s just how the event business goes. We’re just regular people trying to do a solid job for our clients.
