Ekhit Agro Private Limited

Ekhit Agro Private Limited is based out of B-18 Deendayal Nagar in the Nandanpura area of Jhansi. It’s a residential-looking spot where we have set up our operations. The building is a regular house that we have converted into an office for our agro work. It gives the place a very homey feel, which we really like. We have a small yard in the front where a few plants are growing, though they don't always look their best when the heat hits. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks, computers, and old files. Jhansi gets incredibly hot during the summer, so our main priority is usually keeping the fans running so we can actually stay productive. We deal with a lot of local farmers and suppliers, so there is often someone coming or going through the front door. We offer them water or tea and chat for a bit before getting down to the actual business. It is a very relaxed atmosphere overall. No one really cares about a dress code; most of us just wear jeans and old shirts. The pace of life in Nandanpura is a bit slower than in the big cities, and we don't mind that one bit. We know our way around the neighborhood and most of the people who live on our street know what we do. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a place where we work hard and go home to our families.
