Larsen Toubro

Our office is tucked away in the Sonari area of Jamshedpur, specifically at Duplex 20 in the Satyam Enclave on Road No 7 Extension. Since we are in a duplex, it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate building, which actually suits us just fine. Jamshedpur is an industrial town through and through, and being in a residential pocket like Sonari gives us a bit of a break from the heavy factory vibes. We have our desks set up in the different rooms and we move between them all day. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we manage to stay on top of things. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual sounds of people going about their lives outside. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything like that. We are just here doing our bit for Larsen Toubro. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a while, so we have a rhythm that works. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets. It is a very practical setup. We don't have any of those fancy office perks, just a solid place to sit and work. We appreciate the fact that we can just focus on our responsibilities without too many distractions from the busy parts of the city.
