Bahwan Engineering Co Llc has its setup on Sanga Road, right near the Gaushalla in the Sakchi area of Jamshedpur. Sakchi is a really crowded part of town, especially with the markets and all the people moving around all day long. Our office is at number 27, D/Rn1, and it’s just a regular building where we manage our engineering projects. Jharkhand is a big hub for this kind of work, so being in the heart of Jamshedpur makes sense for us. The noise from the street is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't doing any high-level marketing or anything like that; we just handle the engineering jobs that come our way. The team here is mostly local guys who know the city inside and out. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Sometimes the power goes out or the road gets blocked by a festival, but that is just life in Sakchi. We’ve been at this Sanga Road location for a while now, and most of our neighbors know what we do. We don't have a polished corporate vibe. It is more about getting the technical details right and making sure the supplies get to the right sites on time. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we prefer it that way.
