Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We’ve been here at G.P Slope Club Kf-1, 122 Kadma for a while now. Jamshedpur is a city that feels like it’s always moving, but our corner in Kadma has its own pace. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get our daily tasks done for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty because of the wind coming off the main roads, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Most of us arrive around nine in the morning. You can usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood starting up—scooters buzzing by and people heading to the market. We don't have a big fancy sign that lights up the whole street, but folks around here know where we are. It’s a solid building, and it keeps the heat out pretty well during those long summer months when Jamshedpur gets really hot. There’s a tea stall not too far away where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It's nice to step out and see the local life for a few minutes before heading back to the desks. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The space inside is mostly filled with files, some old desks, and the hum of the fans. It feels like a real place where work happens, not a showroom. We just focus on keeping things organized and making sure the day-to-day stuff gets handled properly.
