We’ve been sitting here in the M.S Complex for a while now, right up on the second floor near the Aambagan Masjid in Sakchi. It’s a busy part of Jamshedpur, but inside it's just us and the students. My desk is usually covered in papers and old pens that barely work. We started this because there wasn't much around here that just focused on getting the basics right without making a huge fuss about it. People come in, they sit down, and we go through the books together. It isn't anything fancy. No big posters or shiny furniture. Just some chairs, whiteboards, and a lot of reading. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but nobody really minds when they're deep into their work. Being here in Sakchi means it’s easy for most kids to reach us by bus or just walking through the market area. We don't spend money on big ads because word gets around if you're actually helping. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the schools let out, but we manage. If you're looking for us, just head up the stairs in the complex. Most people around the masjid know where we are. We just try to keep things steady and make sure everyone who walks in gets their questions answered before they head home for dinner. It’s hard work, but seeing someone finally understand a tricky problem makes the long hours worth it.
